Terms and Conditions
Your payments grants you access to 6 live online workshops over 12 weeks plus a community chat channel.
The following represents the terms and conditions you agree to when investing in this 12 week experience.
Please take a moment to review these carefully.
The 6 calls will be hosted on Zoom every fortnight for 12 weeks.
If cancellation of these live online workshops is required for any unforeseen reason by the organisers, another workshop will be scheduled at a date within a short time period of the cancelled call.
Participants are responsible for being on time to live online workshops, completing any pre-session work, following up on actions in between workshops, turning off distractions while participating, treating information shared by other participants as private, and not sharing tools and resources supplied to third parties as this will be deemed an infringement of the agreement.
Recordings of some sessions will not be shared with participants, as other participants may have shared private or vulnerable information.
Your membership is entered into with the understanding that you are responsible for your own decisions, participation and results. In order to achieve the desired results, the participant must do their part by following through on their learnings and commitments. The organisers will give advice and suggestions, however it is ultimately the participants responsibility for making their own decisions and determining the best course of action.
All communications between sessions will take place via the group chat. If you need assistance regarding the program, you can email Patrice Douglas patrice@patricedouglas.org.
Neither party may terminate this agreement without cause (defined as a material breach of the terms of this agreement), and based on written notice thereof, allowing a right to cure within a 7 days notice.
It is important to note that the sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment, and we do not claim to diagnose or treat any medical or mental health conditions.
The sessions are not intended to replace any form of therapy or medical treatment, and we recommend that clients seek professional medical or mental health advice as needed.
By engaging in this experience, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own decisions and actions, and that this 12 week workshop is not a guarantee of specific outcomes.
Furthermore, we do not accept any liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result of reliance upon our services or advice.
Please note that all payments, including payment plans, are non-refundable.
